Pricing and Availability
Our gallery features items that are often “rare and exceptional.” We make every effort to provide timely updates regarding item availability and pricing. In the event that a pricing error is discovered after an order has been submitted, we will promptly inform the customer before processing the order. We will also attempt to offer similar items for consideration. Customers reserve the right to cancel the transaction if they choose.
We welcome negotiations. For bulk purchases, we may offer discounts and favorable shipping arrangements. If you are interested in exploring negotiation options, we encourage you to reach out to us via email or phone prior to completing your purchase, and we will process the transaction manually.
Ordering and Payment
Placing an order can be completed online by selecting “Add to Cart” and proceeding to “Checkout,” or by contacting us via email at info.lusherfineart@gmail.com or by phone. Order confirmations will be sent via email for your convenience.
Secure Online Ordering
Lusher Fine Art utilizes Square for all transactions to ensure the protection of your personal information. Our systems are equipped with SSL encryption technology, safeguarding your data throughout the transaction process. This secure server software encrypts your credit card information to prevent unauthorized access. SSL is recognized as the industry standard for safe online purchasing, providing security for your order details and purchase history. Should you forget your password, we will verify your identity and email you a reset link.
If you prefer not to enter your credit card details online, you can fill out the order form, excluding your card number, and then call or fax us to provide your card information. We are also in the process of enabling PayPal as a payment option during checkout.
Merchant outlet Country
Please be aware that our merchant outlet country is the United States of America, and all transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. Currently, our website does not facilitate shipping outside of the U.S. If you wish to place an order from outside the United States, please contact us directly for arrangements regarding shipping costs.

To arrange a check payment, contact us at info.lusherfineart@gmail.com to establish a payment plan, and include your order number on your check. We will provide the necessary mailing address.
Shipping Information
Lusher Fine Art is dedicated to ensuring swift, safe, and fully insured shipping to most destinations. Shipping rates vary based on the items purchased. Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment.
For alternative delivery arrangements, please contact us. Complimentary pick-up options are available in Santa Fe and surrounding areas, as well as potential delivery and pick-up options in the Austin, Texas area.
Export and Legal Restrictions
Lusher Fine Art holds a valid Federal Firearms and Weaponry Import/Export License for international sales.
Return Policy & Exchanges
Specializing in unique pieces, Lusher Fine Art represents all item details as accurately as possible. Should you be unsatisfied with your order, qualifying items may be eligible for a full return “as shipped.”

We acknowledge that errors may occur, and a complete refund, including shipping charges, will be issued upon verification of the error.
