I also understand that no request will be honored or executed unless this form is completed in its entirety and signed by me or my authorized agent, and that this form is a legal and binding agreement.

GUIDE FOR PROSPECTIVE PHONE and ABSENTEE BIDDERS

If you are unable to attend the auction but would like to bid, you may submit a completed and signed Absentee & Telephone Bid Form and we will bid competitively with other bidders on your behalf. Please fill out the form completely; no forms will be accepted without signature and credit card information. This is a courtesy offered by Lusher Fine Art & Auctions. We accept no responsibility for failure to execute any telephone bids or absentee bids for any reason. Lusher Fine Art & Auctions makes every attempt to accommodate all phone and absentee bidders. In the event that the number of telephone bids on a specific lot exceeds the number of phone lines available, forms received earliest take precedence. In the event of identical absentee bids, the earliest received will take precedence. Absentee and phone bids are executed in competition with all other bids, including phone, floor, and Internet. As a result, it is very possible, due to variations in bidding patterns, that another bidder may win a lot for the same amount for which an absentee bid is authorized. Every attempt will be made to reach registered phone bidders. You may leave an optional insurance amount of your maximum bid in the event we cannot reach you or your call is disconnected. We request that phone bidders be willing to bid a minimum of 75% of the low estimate; otherwise, please submit an absentee bid. We will confirm receipt of your bid form prior to the auction. If you submit a form, but do not receive confirmation of receipt from us within a few days, please contact our office. After the auction, only successful bidders will be notified.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Packing and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Items may be picked up in person at the auction site by appointment after the auction. If purchased items are not picked up by noon Sunday, or other arrangements with Lusher Fine Art & Auctions have not been made prior to this time, your items will be removed from the facility and marked for shipping. Please let us know prior to the auction if you believe you will want to make alternate shipping arrangements should you win the bid. Packing, handling, shipping, insurance and other fees will apply and will be billed directly by the Shipper. Lusher Fine Art & Auctions reserves the right to instruct Shipper to delay shipment on items paid for by check until that check clears the bank.

BUYER S PREMIUM

A buyer's premium of 20% will be added to your winning phone or absentee bid amount. Your written bid amount does NOT include the buyer's premium. If you pay by credit card, there will also be a 3% fee.

TAXES

All sales are subject to State, County and all other Special District taxes. Anyone wishing to purchase using a bona fide Resale License, will be required to submit the appropriate paperwork annually.
