1850s Early California Spanish Colonial/Mexican Style Saddle Featured on Antiques Roadshow

Early California Spanish Colonial/ Mexican Style, one-piece mochilla cover with carved elaborate floral motifs; small, curved cantle and flat horn covered in rawhide: anquerta with floral design behind cantle, large wooden one-piece stirrups, faint markings on both sides of jockey seat possibly JC Johnson & Co, San Francisco.
