A Classic Mimbres black-on-white bowl, ca. 1000ñ1130 AD, decorated with a distinct and finely painted geometric design on the interior. The bowl exhibits a slight oval shape, a testament to its handmade creation using the traditional coil-and-scrape technique. A clear and valued example of Mimbres pottery.
13"L, 11"W, 4 1/4"H
Basically just reglued with minor restoration, which is a common practice for Mimbres pottery recovered from archaeological contexts.
