1. Schedule a pickup time
To make sure you get in and out with your items in a timely manner, we ask that you schedule a time so that we are ready for you and can prepare your items.
To schedule an appointment to pick up your winnings, you can:

B. Email us
C. Schedule an appointment online
2. Visit the office
To receive the address, please contact us.
Upon arrival, we will provide you with your invoice.
Please provide us with verification that you are the winner of the item(s).
3. Complete Payment
If you have not already paid online through LiveAuctioneer or iCollector, you can make your payments at the office.
We accept cards, checks, PayPal, and cash.
Shipping
Invaluable, LiveAuctioneer, and iCollector winners will receive an invoice for their winnings within a week of the auction.

Our team works hard to ship your winnings within 2-5 days after your payment is made.
