A fine example of a 19th-century American pocket revolver, this Marlin XXX Standard 1872 Pocket Revolver was produced between 1872–1887. This antique firearm features:

  • Nickel-plated frame with fluted cylinder

  • Original ivory grips with matching serial number (SN 8477) stamped under grips and on grips

  • .30 caliber with 3" barrel

  • Barrel markings: “XXX STANDARD 1872” on top and “J.M. MARLIN NEW HAVEN CT, USA PAT JULY 1 1873” on the side
